This app helps us measure the length of a sound, and the result is shown in seconds. This can be useful in stringed musical instruments, both for musicians and luthiers.Threshold is initially adjusted to 15 dB. Just click on the start button, place your device´s microphone as closer to your instrument (guitar, bass, luth, timple, ukulele,…) as possible, and play a note, normally the first string (fret 0).You can slide the yellow bar to change the threshold. If you are in a quite place, you may decrease it to 10 dB to be more precise, or increase it if there is noise around you.
